People are talking layoffs will continue next week - any truth to that?

What is wrong is when my division hears that SVP level will be hit, they make changes in flagscape to ensure that each SVP has at leaat 8 direct reports. Then, after the review, people get moved back within flagscape to their original reporting. This happened to me twice and I had a new reporting structure in flagscape but never changed managers. This is falsification of bank records and several SLT's should be fired for this!!! It is easy enough to catch this as changes made in flagscape have audit trails. So now we do not have enough work bees and a ton of SVP's that really need to be reduced!
It's all about diversity numbers and ratios, nothing else matters when you are too big to fail, just do the politically correct thing and the bailouts will come.
3 managers in Addison GTO were laid off .This was due to Wendi Dunn. An anonymous letter about racism and favoritism was mailed to Paul Ahn. They retaliated by laying the operation managers off even though the letter did not address the operations managers it only address Wendi who is the group manager.
