Many that have been returned from MyWork have handshake agreements with their managers to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Work from home is fine on Monday & Friday. The problem is that many of these people sit next to or nearby people who don't have the same agreements with their managers and/or probably report to other businesses. So you have some folks coming and going as they please and others who were sent back and told they must be in office M-F, 8 -5. Great consistency! Even if any of this is mentioned on the Employee Survey nothing will be done about it. Management no longer wants to hear any feedback or complaints about MyWork. They are over it and consider anyone still talking about it as being a whiner. There are people who are making up ailments and somehow getting their doctors to sign off in order to get medical exceptions "migraine headaches from office lights", "vertigo, unable to drive", etc. Some people who live far away are being given a choice of move or quit. While others who may work for a different business are allowed to remain in the program. Apparently each business is able to run the program as they see fit. However, employees see it as favoritism or bias and it causes hard feelings across the organization. I know of B3 who is MyWork and has a team of 7 directs who are all MyWork. Yet someone who just tried to post into this team was told they would need to go into the office. Shame on Bank of America. They would never have a different vacation policy or different health benefits by leader. MyWork is the big exception that is a mess.
