Job dialog is a joke. Your raise has been already been determined, and your “evaluation” answers that you filled out are nothing more than reasons whether or not leadership likes you personally.
The whole job dialogue is a joke, it has nothing to do with how good you are at your job and everything to do with whether or not your boss likes you.
It's a joke. I know a cashier that didn't bother to fill one out and this team member got a .65 cent raise because his ATL was tired of the delay.
True. Even though store leadership and my TL at the time agreed on personal ratings or theirs were higher than mine, my "raise" that year was due to "budgetary concerns". So earned my % raised on metrics, I was only giicven 34 cents haha.
If can make shut turn into gold u my get a better raise on job dialogue is all about what your TL and the store TL think of you . U can be a lazy m---------er that don’t matter
your input ant rating doesn’t matter only the tl’s and store leadership discretion which means not much.
