17 billion dollar settlement? Heard Jacksonville will be first to go, 450 underwriters and processors. BOA has propped up Digital Risk to do the fulfillment jobs. Underwriters there make $25 an hour,contract. Meanwhile, BOA India is working hard on their language skills for future refi's.

I can't believe they laid off Shailey in Investing Reporting... She was the golden goose of the operation... So, sad.
