At the pittsburgh office they have recently and suddenly changed the quality requirements making it more difficult to complete work in a satisfactory manner. the degree to what they have changed things makes it almost impossible to complete work. I believe this is in an effort to avoid paying employees severance when the office does shut down. It serves no other purpose to change things so dramatically, other than to create such a toxic workplace that people eventually quit or get fired.

Ya seriously! Way to defend them but READ first. If you are fired or leave, you DO NOT get severance. Keep drinking the kool-aid.
From what I read the OP didn't say there were no severance paid...they said it seems like they are trying to get people to quit or get fired so that they don't have to pay severance...geesh
You have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to no severance. They do get severance when laid off so SHUT UP
I see more and more folks from Bank of America on this site. I first landed here doing a search a couple of months ago. There was not many messages, now people are posting more truth about what's going on.

Agreed.....how is that site not shut down yet?? They really are trying to get everyone out on there on...which i had no problem doing!

agreed it serves no other purpose. No work is being completed due to this change. The same work is being done multiple times because something so petty as a "t" within the name Tim looking like a "1".
