Part of USS's problem is they have never tackled the high cost of labor. Now I don't mean having steelworkers work for ten bucks an hour; just be more reasonable with wage and benefits.
They can't only blame imports for everything.
Management is being laid off too I'm one of them
Lays Union guys off so he can get bigger bonus
