Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Voluntary Separation

I think they should ask for volunteers to be laid off first and if they don't get enough response go from there. There are people who legitimately do not want to be here but can't just quit and can't find anything making what they do and would just prefer their severance.

The bank only keeps shady valuable people. The honest folks get overlooked and harassed because they don't go along with the bank's so called "core values". What a joke. There are so many folks that don't want to be there. Let them us go please!!

So let's say I have a warning and I've failed a score card, how likely is it that I will get relief? I mean released ha ha

Bank of america will never let someone volunteer to be laid off. They do not want to risk losing a valuable person over someone not As valuable. They also will not offer early retirement for the same reason . If you want laid off get a warning.
