Revenues are flat/declining and the market cap is half of what it was 3-4 years ago. How does Koehler still have a job?

Hermann got let go today. After Rocky this is the next big one. Koehler has stepped in but his days are numbered too.

Teradata is still top heavy. Some consulting partners were axed today. I heard more to come and managing partners have to watch out as well. Good luck

Rumors of RIF is still going around. I fear that I am next to be canned. I am exploring other job opportunities but these things take time. I hope I can jump ship with a life raft before I am push over with one. Sad to see this company go down.

September layoffs like August, under the number that requires reporting to SEC. Package offer is 1 week severance per year, subsidized COBRA, but I heard that some people negotiated the package. Don't know how much success they had.

V.P. in engineering got the axe. Will probably reduce the hardware group down to zero since they want to go cloud base and services. I know people who ask to be part of the next RIF after the last one and they were refused. Probably means they... — read more
