Our CEO makes 30 million in compensation annually while the people who do the work to insure his ridiculous salary can’t even get a cost of living increase. “Corporate America” is synonymous with “Pyramid Scheme”.

Security didn't pick the death of WF employee?
Oh that's right, security was too focused on catching an employee not shielding their combo to the break room door so WF could terminate another non important branch employee.
Dear Wells Fargo Leadership
Well, you’re back in the national headlines for a dreadful reason. Charlie and Scott it is really not that hard to publicly say - “We’re sorry” 😞 one of our employees had an unattended death in a corporate office and was not found for 5 days. ... — read more
National news coverage, where is the internal commentary about the horrible death scenario of one of our own??
Local and National news is ALL over this story. I am sure everyone who works for Wells is having their friends and family asking about this. Not a sound internally (that I have seen). At this point there's nothing the C-Suite could say that wouldn't... — read more

The morale is solo and then we got this.
The fact that she died and was not found for many days just puts an exclamation mark On how all of us feel like we’re just feeling like we’re not worth anything. I just feel so bad for her and her family! Sending flowers! 💐 😔
Dying at desk
I feel so bad for her! it just really puts a spotlight on our lives at Wells Fargo that no one gives a sh@it about us! Ever.
Morale is so low
Morale is so low. People think they are safe and they are not. Work is piling on others. More displacement waves are coming. Anyone heard if 9/20 is the last of this year before they pick back up next year?

Resigning would be the right thing to do
Here at Wells Fargo strive for what's right. Many employees know that they will be losing their jobs soon. We believe these employees should resign to save the company from hardship.
Question about layoffs
If I joined Wells Fargo three months ago, how long is it before I have to really start worrying about layoffs? I'm hoping there's a grace period in which new hires are safe, but I might be wrong.
It is an unhappy Labor Day weekend
Labor Day weekend used to be about labor appreciation. Now it is about working like hard labor to get your stuff complete by end of day. Worst part is layoff is coming the day after Labor Day next week.
Remember Friday early dismissals on holiday weekends?
I have been in banking and/or corporate America for 3+ decades and everywhere I ever worked let their employees out early on holiday weekends as a nice reward for all the hard work, etc. WF did this too. Until CS got here and took it away. Just... — read more
“Wells Fargo employee found dead in her cubicle 4 days after last clocking in.” Really??

Why does WF keep adding useless overhead, er I mean managers?
