Is there any time limit you have to wait for return to Wells Fargo as a contractor once your non-working notice period end. or you have to wait until severance period to be end.

After layoff from Wells Fargo when can I apply for unemployment, after non-working notice period end? or after my last severance check.

Anyone care to share the severance expected? We are out at Barnhart within the next few months. Would this be a lump sum check or monthly payments?

What happens to your non vested stock bonus awards at layoffs- do you keep just the vested or you get to keep the rest as well. Do you still have to pay any for the vesting period to cash it? Has anyone impacted dealt with this?
