Real reason for RTO and it not collaboration

5 days a week RTO on the horizon?

I was told by my boss that I should be prepared for Wells to return to 5 days a week expectations. They didn't say when or if it would be company-wide, but that was the indication they got from their boss. Anyone else hear that?

Anyone

Looking into getting a job at Wells Fargo, think again. I’m sure you’re here trying to get a feeling of what it’s like and let me tell you—it’s miserable. We hate each other and the office. Get a remote job as if you’re life depended on it. God... — read more
