Tech layoffs this week

so turns out the layoffs that occurred in my tech team this week had nothing to do with location strategy, all to do with staff reduction even some managers got the boot… sign of the times… who groups gone!!

Location = Remote-002/003?

Looking at the location of people on teamworks, I see people listed with the location of the state they are in being “Remote-002” or “Remote-003”. Is there a difference for those numbers? Is it something to do with location strategy?

Parental Leave

Does anyone have experience with Parental leave when both parents work for Wells Fargo? Do both parents get 16 weeks leave as primary parents? What happens if you get a layoff notice while on leave?

Severance and unemployment??

I've read the Severance pages of the Benefits Book and my co workers and I can't agree on the interpretation of this... When you're displaced, can you get your severance benefit AND also get unemployment benefits??
