Rumored layoffs in Denver. Anyone else hear in this?

In 60 days WOW! will be laying off it's staff in their Colorado Springs call center.

Nothing in the media but people are reporting stuff on the social media. What is true? Is WOW! really in processes of eliminating jobs?
