Q3 bonus and layoffs
So heard today no bonus next quarter and layoffs before Christmas due to Lexmark doubling up staff and I’ve had to job match my team.
Why I want to leave
Clueless and ineffective management Office politics make daily work stressful Almost no opportunities for career growth Hard work often leads to extra tasks instead of recognition Job security favors those who play along rather than perform
Layoffs confirmed for October and next year Q1, 2 waves
RIF planning now in the works. They did not even make us sign an NDA which is unusual.
Now is a Great Time for a Spending Freeze
With the acquisition of Lexmark, now is a good ptime for a Spending Freeze. Don't replace the people who understood the ship is sinking and quit. They are losers anyway. Work smarter, not harder. Wait, work smarter and harder! If you are in... — read more

Xerox needs layoffs
We will not survive like this. I vote for getting rid of two to three layers of management. That would solve so many of our issues.
XEROX BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLC
What’s with the notes circulating about the legal restructure at XBS , and why now? And why are they asking employees to re sign employment agreements? Could it be that they’re sneaking in updated non competes?
Project Own It...Next.

John B: a story of sacrifice for the greater good
Don't be fooled: someone at board level (Darwin D?) got tired of such an endless load of bullsh*t and asked for a head - share price tanking, revenue and profit declining by double digits, debt piling up, equity falling of a cliff... and all because... — read more

It could be worse, at least Xerox isn't Kodak
It took Kodak 20+ years to get to the point where they might finally go out of business, per news reports. Xerox isn't in nearly the same boat.
The "Reinvention" Architect is gone
Public story: John B, President & COO, “leaves for a CEO role elsewhere”. Alternative story: he was walked to the door with an excuse. "Think about it": you don’t pour 2-3 years into Reinvention, secure the Lexmark deal, build the org around your... — read more

Why Xerox Is in Trouble — And Why You Should Be Looking Elsewhere

Stock crashing, layoffs and SB cleared how much last year???
Bandrowczak’s total compensation in 2024 was reported as about $14,320,642, with his base salary at roughly $1,066,667 and the remainder (around 92.6%) consisting of bonuses and long‑term incentives such as stock awards and options .
Nobody saw this coming

Xerox stock is on fire.
I bought at 10,000 shares $4.00 in mid-April and sold today at $6.50. Quick 25K, thank you, Xerox!
Progress so far?
Three weeks in and how is the merge going? The SLT don’t appear to have done as much upfront planning/organizing as they did when we re-org early in 2024. More questions than answers now although there are real things expected to deal with. Do we... — read more

I work at a global core . I am expecting more tsr layoffs in the near future. We are losing a lot of market share locally(seemingly to Richo) quickly. We have at our height 30+ sales reps. Now we are down to 2.. The only reason tsrs are here is... — read more
