For those who were part of RIFS, did any of you utilize Right management to assist with looking for another job, any success stories?

It seems like this is just incredibly consistent. Do they replace all the routers with potatoes every weekend and then every Monday they have to swap them back. Except, they have a three hour long breakfast first?

Now that they have announced the complete shutdown might be an option, is there any way they go back on their word? Somehow come out of the grave and save some if not all jobs.

There have been silent layoffs all along.

They obviously know something is coming.

AI wouldn't play politics, abuse employees, lie without compunction, stage BS town hall meetings, or be obsessed with short term financial gain at the expense of long term stability.

I am looking at other healthcare related companies post and seeing a common thread which is layoff. Is it just healthcare industry or all industry is facing this. This looks like a path for another '08. I would say just wear the storm.

Have a feeling next RIF is happening real real soon for MAPD Managers and low performing associates. Things have been happen that really point in that direction.

Lay offs to save money so they can employ foreigners for less money and pocket the change. Nobody gives a damn about quality. Or us, for that matter.

For those recently let go, what's the current offer/severance/supplemental that's given? And if you were part of the groups that were immediately let go, are you still paid for the 30 days?
