Anyone else having issues attesting/registration with the SUB Service Center?

For those who have said the next round of layoffs are Nov. 2 (next Thursday) - have you heard who will be impacted? How many? Same format as last time? (i.e. meeting put on calendar quickly by manager, etc)? Are you certain it is Nov 2?

I had read here another round was happening today, but not seeing anything. Everyone ok ?
