Turnover is a huge waste of money! Turnover rate need be included in MD’s performance review. Manger’s headcount need be reduced if people keep leaving from him

Denied MyWork Exit

Has anyone else heard about folks being denied MyWork exit? I have heard rumors that folks are not being allowed to exit the program any longer. Not sure why or what that means for them.
