I know all titles at Nike are valued than any other company. Like Directors are more like managers and VPs are like directors but what are Principals?? Loooool what is that?? A way to tell employees you are promoted but without any value?? What a joke!!

Can anyone confirm if there are plans to down-level certain bands? Would this down-leveling impact comp?

What is the deal with the new titles? Seems like it’s going to combine J and K and o may have one level VP. What does that do to someone who was in line for a promotion from J to K? Will the salary bands change??
