What would you like to see change within Humana?

Has anyone had a masters level degree and applied for multiple positions and not be considered for the role? As if you are overqualified. Have you had to remove your masters credentials to get a role within Humana?

I was just wondering if anyone has heard specifics about the Specialty reorganization & RIF plans for that area? Just curious if most associates will be retained with a possible role change or if most will be RIF’d.

Every time I think it's impossible for them to add something new to my plate, they end up doing it. Do they think we're robots? Honestly?

Any news if anyone has heard of the PITA has been or is being done now?

With a new CEO it makes things tricky. A new direction for the company as a whole. More layoffs, changes to our benefits, new acquisitions, etc. What are your thoughts?

I’m betting the end-year RIFs occur on either 10/31 or Nov 1. That’ll be 60 days notice ending at end on 2023. If you get an email one of those mornings that says CONFIDENTIAL Do Not Foward blah blah blah, that’s it.
