Raises won’t be effective until 7/1/22. Not in March! Not that we expect much of a bump in base pay, but this is disappointing and contrary to the information communicated the last several months.

During Aetna Humana saga lots of good people left the company. Since than Humana is keep making fail attempts to get acquired. Unfortunately Layoffs is the only option for Humana to be competitive for few more years.
