Is there going to be any reorg or Lockheed Martin layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

Any word on the F35 disaster in India? How can a $100 Billion jet become such a disaster? We need to see mass firings for this.

Layoffs are starting today June 16. Due to depot contract completion and slowing production down on the F16 line. About 200 employees site wide.

Employees told that LM Energy will be cutting 64 jobs and closing the Andover plant as of July 5th. At least they were nice enough to give the employees the 4th of July Holiday.

Feel like the company had major missteps. That was about 30 years of work each. Doesn’t seem like the company is a preferred contractor for major defense awards anymore. I’m not aware of any other large defense projects on the horizon either. ... — read more

Hearing renewed rumors of layoffs at Moorestown with next fiscal year funding not looking promising. Layoffs mainly targeting engineering, expect L1s and L4+ to be hit the hardest.

Lockheed Martin is again violating the NJ warn act by not reporting layoffs. LM-RMS in Moorestown, Camden, and Mt Laurel NJ is letting go of their admin staff.

There is no end in how bad issues can get. Never met a Lockheed manager willing to admit they were wrong.
