I was told 2/3 to 2/6. Then folks who will be whacked get normal pay and benefits for 2/15 and 2/28. Then the new severence kicks in.

LOL I am also a manager. Partial in one category is group 5. Maybe it’s 1 or 2 categories but I know for a fact Partial in 1 out of the 3 categories is Group 5. There is proof in my own group. So before you jump down the throat of someone who just added clarity to your post, you go ahead and just assume you know everything and everyone else here does not.

You are totally correct. I’m a mgr. too and this is what we have to go by. Groups 4 and 5 are also the staging groups for making these people 6 and 7.

@103+1jjcst934 There are three categories for ratings, not just two. I know for a fact that group 5 is an overall partial with partial in one of the categories and meets in the other two.
Group 7 is obviously overall Below.
Group 6 would be Partial in two or more categories.
Group 1 - exceeds/exceeds
Group 2 - exceeds/meets
Group 3 - meets/meets (this is majority of employees)
Group 4 - meets/needs improvement
Group 5 - needs improvement/needs improvement
Group 6 and 7 are employees typically on a PIP, guilty of not adhering to RTO, etc
What do you mean groups 6 and 7? Is that to do with year end ratings??

groups 6 and 7s will go in feb. in Q2 theyll hunt down some SVP+s. once you get into P-M if you havent already they will be looking for 5% pure flesh. buckle up
