This is psychological warfare extending the date two weeks. If anyone gets emails and could tell us the role you’re in and if you get approved, that would be helpful. This is beyond fu---d up. That place is fu--ing garbage.

@fk This! We have been getting emails stay focused, keep up with production with all this waiting. SURE
@ag its so toxic to just keep going "business as usual" while all this sh-t looms over our heads. and we're just supposed to keep cranking out work like f*cking robots
The waiting and the uncertainty is unbearable to the point that my anxiety got out of control and I was put on Prozac. I just hope I get approved for the VSP so I know my end date. I've been spending my days working half and job searching half.
@a1 Probably depends on the weight that dept has on the business and/or staffing issues that will arise.
This will not be the end; there will be numerous layoffs by Summer next year.
@ae this part! Based on the conversations with my co-workers everyone is an inch away from going out on stress leave with all of this. Couple in the facts that the answer on our team is to ignore it and keep everyone in the dark and pretend it won’t happen. Not so much as a mention in a meeting. It’s honestly sociopathic
So much for Centene being a psychologically safe place to work. They push psychological first aid and safety, and the company itself is causing the harm.
AI should be used to replace this layer of the company. I’m sure one of them is still trying to figure out spacing issues with their excel mail merge. Nothing worse than being judged by incompetence.
@a3 it was initially the 15th and yes they extended it to the 27th, but people are already getting emails about their leave dates being extended etc.. its F*CKED. we should all be in the loop instead of waiting with our thumb up our as--s

I am in authorization/correspondence on the PHCO side and I got an email about the staggering dates. It does say that my role WILL NEED to be staggered so maybe anyone not getting it won’t need to be staggered and be accepted for Sept maybe?
@OP 100% Agree. I can't wrap my head around why some area's are being notified while other areas are still in the dark. It's a total mind f*ck.
