Yep. They are coming for you for sure. This is how it begins. This is stage 1+ in their quest to excise you. They figure you are a senior and you wont do anything about it. Age discrimination? You bet your dupa!
Absolute disgrace!!!
Have not received mine yet
I have worked 32 years, 15 at BNY and have always received a merit increase until this year. First time ever in my career. I was meet and have never in my career been below.
How it even possible with record earnings again that they can't give some merit? I just have to assume it is the start to try and push me out which is fine. I just need that little nudge like this to go on to a better place.
Well I didn’t get Jack sh-t so you’re already doing better than me
You can celebrate - Here sitting with no incentive and 1% merit _ not even COLA
No. The person said 1 . 17 Not 17
They have every right to complain
@ab+1jhn61v8d 17% raise and you're complaining? I'm getting 3%.
Be on the lookout for the proxy statement for c-suite comp!
LOL…inflation was 3.4% averaged in 2024. Surplus adjusted Cost increases to keep ahead of inflation (for food, fuel, travel, insurance, etc) went up 5.7%. Taxes and benefit costs went up - go look at your bonus and compare to years prior. And now we will spend even more money coming into the office.
Guess what?
We lose. We aren’t making it. We are in the red. So much for work life balance.
met expectation, got 2% merit and 10% bonus increase from last year.
Such a small percent it literally doesn’t even cover inflation. But bragging about how much revenue came in.
Soon you will have to pay Robin for the privilege of being client obsessed, sparking progress, owning it, staying curious and thriving together
At the same time 4Q and full year income was announced. Where has all that net income gone?
That should read One point Three percent (1.3)
