Rumors has it that is is happening very soon... I would put it be end of the year (perhaps sooner). The question is, who would be the buyer?

You know what you do when no one wants to buy your company? You make it look like someone wants to buy your company, lol
KKR can't find a single interested buyer of our old software. Not a surprise.
Who is saying they want to sell? Profitability is pretty good. Probably right where the cash flow is good enough to keep the company.
Remember, investors sell when it makes sense for them to sell. Not when a sale would trigger a payout to the employees. Some of Omnissa's people want a sale so they can get paid. For that to happen, the company must do massively well or very poorly

@q5 Doom and gloom my friend. Never trust in what is said publicly. If the public finds out the truth our cost of debt and interest rates will rise dramatically.
@q5 You have to keep in mind new logos but also retention. They haven't been reporting openly on churn but it is a challenge.
im confused I hear all these great things about JPMC BOA.... but all the doom and gloom on here and more bad news every all hands each quarter with Shankar...... which is it?
KKR wants to dump Omnissa, but there are no buyers for that legacy software debt
