Can confirm no one at SF knows wtf your 2040 spam is, please find a new hobby, downvote farming an obscure website that maybe 10 people use is just pathetic. I scroll back a few years here and can see a clear difference in post quality where its obvious the people hanging out posting work for the company. Not so much as of the last few years. In fact, i would argue theres likely less than 5 actual employees hanging out here and just the one agitator making all the threads then responding.
Either way, this sites 100% dead and useless. Maybe its for the better, just voice your opinion on indeed like everyone else and move on with life.
@m4 oh hey, a conversation without context coming from one guy who may or may not represent the entire organization. I too believe anything anyone says on a date. My most recent one was with an astronaut who was hard on their luck and just needed some money to get back on their feet. We should get the troll in leadership because they have the same level of critical thinking skills.

The resident agitator isnt from express, and likely hasnt worked here for a while. He forgot the statement on burgers this time around. Still no one understands his 2040 spam, and even when he tries to explain it, its just something he made up and hopes others run with it. Never supplies a single good bit of info just the same paragraph over and over and over about 2040 workforce and burger flipping. If your not a bot, you post just like one.

Yes, they are going to purge the entire workforce, Remote for sure but everyone is having to update their Workday profiles and update their relocation preferences. This is not an accident! They are looking at everything and everyone! Our Executives still believe it is an employee "buy in" problem or an accountability problem for the TMs/SMs. Plus they still have a little work to go to get to that complete as the former SF executive stated, "I instruct my people to only hire people that look like 2040". Remember they see you as disposable trash, nothing more. They do not care anything about your health, your goals, your family, or you wants and needs. State Farm is like a really bad Disney movie remake that continues to flop at the box office!
