@k0 AI first, if AI is going to replace the workers lets start with the top down approach. The dead weight of the CEOs and ELT should be the first to go.

If these clowns get paid so much to run a company into the ground, why don't we implement AI CEOs and ELTs? I am sure AI can do a better job motivating the soldiers and creating winning strategies. How much worse could things get?
