What would be a "normal" or usual bonus for a Level L ?
I don’t remember ever hearing anything earlier than a day or two before payout in the last paycheck of February
When will they be communicated to the recipients? Thanks for all the general info about the bonus pool etc. But when will the individuals be told what their raise/bonus is ? When will the compensation discussions between manager and employee occur (aka "comp day")?
Bonuses are always paid last paycheck in February
the bonuses usually are paid today but we didnt get any update. the one thing that employees look forward to in the whole year and they cant get that right
When do bonuses get paid?
