When will they be communicated to the recipients? Thanks for all the general info about the bonus pool etc. But when will the individuals be told what their raise/bonus is ? When will the compensation discussions between manager and employee occur (aka "comp day")?

the bonuses usually are paid today but we didnt get any update. the one thing that employees look forward to in the whole year and they cant get that right

Well, last year our planned bonuses were unexpectedly increased after a layoff, so maybe this year they didn’t do that. Someone that does compensation planning can comment on that.
