Could we at least bring back the WOW picture with the gang banger gesture now that it applies?

The max $600 HSA incentive has been eliminated for all employees -- replaced by WOW points for up to $80 a year in "purchases", and the $400 annual HSA contribution as been eliminated for anyone earning $100,000+. Like an earlier poster said, GTFOH.

Forcing us to divulge personal health issues in order to get small FSA donations and spacing personal health issues in third party insecure web sites is flouting the HIPAA laws.

Could it be that our HR Senior Managers have never taken our HIPAA training? That would explain a lot. With all of the outsourced HR systems (pretty much all of them) you can only wonder how much personal HIPAA data, NPPI and racial, se-ual, religious information is leaked by the day.

Go to HR & Personal on MySource. Choose Benefits. Click on 2021 Open Enrollment Website: Designed With You In Mind (lol). Will bring up 2022 info.

"We’ve always done benefits in November . Where have you all been ?

Assume you're new or one of the pricks from BoNY....Mellon always started sending info out in September so you had time to research your options. Of course now our options are limited...take them or leave them.

Expect benefits to not be worth a rip. If you have a spouse, go on said spouse's benefits.

If anyone can navigate the byzantine series of endless links, circuitous roundabouts and multiply endless paths through this outsourced rat’s nest of hyperlinks my hat is off to you.

HR systems… wow, what a mess.

" Does anyone really have time to weed through their mass of sites to see if I need to attest to a tobacco free biometrics health coach? "
That and ... hey, give up all your personal info to this website we contracted with to field all your HR info and we take no responsibility if your personal data is compromised....

They're probably still trying to figure out how to hide all the information you need to get the best health insurance rate. Does anyone really have time to weed through their mass of sites to see if I need to attest to a tobacco free biometrics health coach?
