This company doesn't give a rats azz if you get vaccinated or not. They feel it will continue with you or without you. They know they will lose talent but the show must go on in their eyes. They will continue to bring in foreigners to take your job and pay at a much lower rate. I am already seeing more India mfers taking over executive level positions. CEO BM only cares about the bottom line and saving his azz. Get the vax or get ax is the decision we must make soon. BOA will soon send out warnings and then terminations . Business as usual will begin January 2022 from what I hear.

My entire family and circle of friends are vaccinated. My department is fully vaccinated, I know of one person who left but I’m not sure if it was because they got a WFH job FT or over vaccines, point is, I don’t know of anyone who is not at least one dose vaccinated. Who are all these unvaccinated people? Something is not adding up.

I asked my manager, since we are both vaccinated, what she thinks is going to happen to employees who refuse the vaccine and she said it doesn’t look good for the unvaccinated. The ones the bank wants to stay on board are getting phone calls from higher management to counsel them on the benefit the vaccine. She couldn’t elaborate any more than that but I could tell by the way she answered me, she knew more than she would say. Since work is all about getting a paycheck, my guess is if any unvaccinated survive until February for whatever reason, they will be disappointed in bonus. My gut tells me terminations will happen much sooner than February, bank is all about $$$, they are not just going to give it away and then have half the company leave over vaccines status.

I get a real chuckle out of these anti-vaxxers that think they have a say in anything. The bank does not give one hoot about what you want or your feelings. You will be replaced in a New York second. Amen to that. I feel the same way. I have family to provide for, that is my purpose. God willing, I’ll survive the vaccine and booster shots. If not, oh well, my family will be provided for, as I have saved a ton of money, I’ve got a huge life insurance policy on myself , I have no debt, paid everything off and have two homes paid off, one to be left to each of my 2 children.
I’m not going to stop working because I enjoy what I do and I like providing for all of my family, even my siblings who are not as well off.
But that just me. I’m not afraid. Of anything.

Stay unvaxxed, lose job, become an outcast in society, everyone vaxxed hates you because they think you’re holding up the population overcoming covid. You become unemployable due to refusing vaxx, you spend through all savings, lose your home, lose some family and friends.
The vaxx is definitely something none of us is expecting. Or…. Maybe it is just what it appears to be; a vaccine. Nothing more, nothing less.
Only time will tell. You’re either gonna be messed up from the vaxx or you will be fine or your gonna be homeless and poverty stricken from not being able to work anywhere or take part in society.

Hey m0ron, the polio vaccine worked, and it didn't need continuous boosters to maintain its efficacy. The forced vaccination and subscription model of covid19 vaxx should be a red flag that something is wrong. I will take the vaccine after a long terms study, 15-20 years, and the approval of an independent and reputable organization. You mentioned that the vaccine lessens the severity of the symptoms. How about the lethality? 2000 people die every day, similar to pre vaccine, despite the 57% rate of vaccination.

You think because group “X”, “Y”, or “Z” had people leave and there are open reqs that they can’t just flip a switch and replace?
