So, if they easily lie about how many employees are just so dang eager to get back to the office, what stops them from lying about the results from this survey? They’re doing it in waves so they can put a stop to it when they realize 80% of associates are voting for WFH (so they don’t have to admit it so much of the workforce disagrees).
And what gives them the impression that we want to get back to face to face cupcake social gatherings, or justify this garbage with “getting back to volunteer events” (it was just as easy to volunteer when WFH… do they actually think we’re doing team volunteer events when majority of our peers don’t even work in our office and we have to connect with them on WebEx just like we do when we work from home?!?! Geeze, it’s just laughable that they think we’re stupid and that we’re buying their BS.
And if they brag about raising minimum pay to $25 when giving tenured associates measly 2% raise is working in their favor and they are sadly mistaken because they just close the gap between what we have achieved vs a recent high school graduate who can’t get the job done as efficiently as those with experience.
