There was no restart needed and no advanced warning of a download to be done as usual so that I could schedule it for another time. Got 2 inconsistent on my review last week. Is this a sign that I get let go tomorrow?

2 Inconsistent is 100% virtually laid off in less than 2 months. I worked at Ford as 10 people in 1. Apparently was inconsistent by Id==ots who cant see anything on the ground -->LL4 cr=Apsters. When you hear about Right Management - you are done.

@es I agree that how we communicate matters, there is no need for disrespect. But when someone's reputation is being unfairly trashed without reason, it calls for a firm defense. That said, it could have been expressed more modestly.

@ej The idea that they “weren’t capable” is contradicted by documented internal evidence. He even let the original hiring offer expire, yet Ford came back. When he told his boss he quits, a promotion was immediately processed as the first response. Leadership felt threatened when he questioned why he was ghostwriting for them while other seniors took credit for his work.

@OP probably paranoia. Everyone gets some inconsistent on their review, they have to give it to you. And computer is frequently updating.
They start loading software one you get on their list. Does not mean separation is the next day.
People are je-ks, I wouldn't read too much into that.
I was let go two weeks ago with no notice, and I did not even get my midterm review. If you have anything personal on your laptop, I would attempt to get it off tonight. Once they let you go, there is very little time left to try to remove anything.
I hope you have your unemployment application filled out and ready to go

I got overall behavior as inconsistent too. Shocker is that I had exceeded in the same fields before! I do not want to think too much and lose my peace. Deal with it come what may.
