Is it just UHG picking org charts, or is it the VP's Directors, offering up people on bigger teams as tribunes?

@ht maybe this is the goal, but in reality its a cr-p shoot because their data is garbage
It's simple:
Top line cost savings goal is established
Projects ranked by IOI percentage
Total cost considered
Sunset projects (not shared outside SLT/HR) are first
Ongoing projects are cut starting from high cost/low IOI
What's cut vs stays is met when the savings goal is hit
Cash flow/positive IOI is cut in favor of new, unproven projects that promise higher IOI. It's where to put marbles and rather than use margin or dividends to invest in growth, we're cutting the flesh.
Have HR on your tail is a sure way to get canned.
My secret to career longevity for a schelp like me. 1) Have a product that truly solves a business problem. Not a make believe problem. 2) Commit to it. Have open dialog across departments on how you can enhance it by adding revenue or making it easier for the client. 3) Respect everyone on the ship. Leaders, foreigners, potential leaders and the Schelps like me. We all can contribute. 4) If anything falls short, Time, Pay, participation - speak up. Lastly -Strive for a peaceful world.
In US, it's even easier. If you are not Indian, you are fired! That's the rule.
It's simple. Rank the employee/department etc by [BusinessValue Delivered / Total Compensation + Severance]. Lay off the bottom N su-kers.
