Some people are eligible for the annual bonus and others aren’t. Does anyone know why?
As for the Warn notice, aren’t they supposed to pay extra for this?

I'm not in a WARN state and was not at director level or above. I am surprised that my severance doesn't include any kind of pro-rated STIP. I have written in asking about it, but so far no luck with them stating I have to be employed through Dec 31. It just doesn't feel right to not get any of it through no fault of my own.
Has anyone in my situation had their STIP included in severance or been able to get them to give add that as part of severance?
@d7 just had the same reply from HR lol. There's a class action lawsuit someone who got laid off from Sept 2024 filed because they didn't receive WARN notice as a fully remote, telecommuter employee too. I've done some research and it's a grey area because we're fully remote so technically we don't belong anywhere but our single-site location "remote". It's definitely not fair. Most companies apparently pay it out because of optics, but with a big corporation like Paramount, they're trying to save their money where they can and doing this so remote workers don't get anything even if we "technically" should. There's a bunch of loopholes since remote workers aren't mentioned in fed/state WARN law.
Spoke to an HR person and they said remote employees are not owed WARN notice because they are remote. This sounds super illegal. Anyone have any insight?
Everyone I know received prorated stip
@OP You don’t get extra for WARN but the company is supposed to honor that as the minimum if your severance would be less than that (60 days for California, 90 days for NY)
Different calendar years. Some are a Jan - Dec, with a March STIP payout. Others are a Oct - Sept (upfront calendar year) with a Nov payout.
