Nice of them to announce in the middle of the night that they are changing their performance ratings at the end of the year. Nothing like constantly shifting goalposts all year long and then last minute changing performance ratings as well under the lie of "being clearer on what excellence looks like". I look forward to most people getting "partially meets" so that they can not give out proper raises and pocket more money.

At this point I’d love to be laid off and get the severance package. The focus is on everything but doing actual UX and all the wrong people get recognized. It’s constant meetings, surveys, and jumping to the latest shiny object.

Have they done them already or still coming? It’s getting closer to the holidays / end of year so it will be interesting to see how close to Christmas they notify people.

I guess these products are going to design themselves? Interesting.
