Give me a break. dont keep trying to sell me on this pile of cr-p. I takes forever to get through to talk to a person, and then they start quizzing me on my mobile phone service? NO...dont even! I tell em I use a soft phone on my TRS80, that confuses them.

Under murky rationale the head of Oracle Design left the company. Oracle has made great strides in UX (redwood.oracle.com) but the future is not clear. Everything is “AI” but with no real strategy.

Sudden layoffs were discovered for individual contributors and middle management in the experience design org today. This effected India-based contractors as well as U.S.-based full time employees.

This morning I am pondering whether the #UX for Oracle HCM is honestly this g-d awful, or if somehow my company has tweaked all of its settings to make it a miserable experience, because holy sh-- is it painful to use. #uxgripes
