T-Mobile and Others Checking Uniti Assets?

Buckle up! Now tell us Frontier’s clan didn’t come over for any other reason but to help secure the sale. The writing has been on the wall.

“One source told the publication that T-Mobile (TMUS) and TPG could be partnering for an offer for the entire company, according to the report.”

Zayo was in the hunt back when Tony Thomas was CEO. No surprise now that we've put Windstream back with Uniti so there's real assets to purchase.

A little bird told me there have been lots of meetings at corporate, mostly director and above. Definitely sounds like something is happening.

It will mean more job cuts. Just spoke to someone last week that was with Metronet, who was bought by T-Mobile. They said T-Mobile isn’t a fan of WFH jobs, and their job was cut when they merged. Get ready! Their retail and online self service model would fit well with our customer base.

Anyone surprised by this wasn't paying attention. It was the goal from the beginning when they put the company back together.
