I work so hard, 16 hours a day on average. Work on weekend. On call duty. Why am I being laid because of stack ranking? This is not fair!

stack ranking = hunger games
If what you say is true, the answer is simple; anyone putting in significant unpaid hours to help line the pockets of the c-suite simply isn't bright enough for a continued future at Intuit.

You were laid off? Are going to be? How tf do you know? If you’re being stack ranked - rank better. It sounds like you aren’t efficient if you’re working so much and still getting stacked low. Ffs we get near unlimited AI budget. Get it together brother.
This is going to sound rude, but I don’t intend it to be. How are you working that much? Even on my most demanding times, I’ve never passed 50 hours
