Thread regarding Intuit Inc. layoffs

I don’t deserve this kind of treatment

I work so hard, 16 hours a day on average. Work on weekend. On call duty. Why am I being laid because of stack ranking? This is not fair!

If what you say is true, the answer is simple; anyone putting in significant unpaid hours to help line the pockets of the c-suite simply isn't bright enough for a continued future at Intuit.

You were laid off? Are going to be? How tf do you know? If you’re being stack ranked - rank better. It sounds like you aren’t efficient if you’re working so much and still getting stacked low. Ffs we get near unlimited AI budget. Get it together brother.
