HR creates problems that don’t exist

Ineffective. Politics. Curious what your experience is with a 300+ team of HR ‘professionals’?
What is it they do, let employees know to complete a survey and attend pro day?

I once had a meeting with the HR team regarding micro aggressions. Talk about a group of people that are an absolute joke. These are people that formally worked in supermarket, checkout lines and we’re just happy to be there bunch of clowns.

HR exists to protect the company. They are comparable to any other impotent service organization. Easy question and no challenges? Answered. Not? Runaround, ghosting, non responses. The only effectiveness metric for them is lawsuits avoided or won.
