What is the Role of Senior Managers and MD?

They use copilot to write emails (Earliers that's the ONLY thing that they were doing)

How many MDs and Senior Managers we have in SAP - Specially in US? For 3 Consultants i Have seen 3 Sr Managers and 2 MDS( MDs have 2 or 3 coats -- Walmart brand - normally to show up in the Teams Meeting, they resemble like Indian Railway TTEs)
The MDs are supposed to sell. Sadly, most MDs are not good salespersons. They engage in nepotism and backstabbing, with no regard for customers.
