Has anyone had any dealings with the senior head of HR? My understanding is he is the one pushing RIFS, and a reason behind this increasingly toxic place. He wants RIFS everywhere but has the most toxic people leading HR teams.

I think Vest Man is the leader behind layoffs. All he seems to care about is restructuring the business to find every penny. He is one of the weirdest people at ELV.

I don’t know much about the guy who leads HR but a few weeks ago executives were in Atlanta and I heard this HR lady I’ll call Aunt Jemima was visiting from Virginia Beach. People said she is a total joke. Tries to be a leader of the employees but is out of touch. She has been behind the layoffs in operations and sales. This place makes me sick.
