@10d Save us Super-Engineer. You’re our only hope.
You must be wrong : Super-engineer should be here...
SM has driven the company off a cliff and is laughing all the way to the bank. The board are just as incompetant in that they approved this nonsense. Are they still hoodwinked by his cheesy grin?
If anyone actually believed "were in this together", they are d-mber than I could ever imagine.
If anyone is still doing any more than the absolutely bare minimum, they seriously need to reconsider their priorities. This is exatly how leadership ends up fu--ing over the rank and file.
@qn that was our raise. unbelievable, i am not surprise.
Nothing says we're in this together better than a CEO that freezes employee raises while personally raking in $16M+ while the company continues to struggle!
@mn I don’t understand how anyone would want to work for a company that does this.

Why Should You Sell TDC?
Offerings struggled to generate meaningful interest as its average billings growth of 3.7% over the last year did not impress
Inability to adjust its cost structure while its revenue declined over the last year led to a 7.2 percentage point drop in the company’s operating margin
Projected 20.2 percentage point decline in its free cash flow margin next year reflects the company’s plans to increase its investments to defend its market position

My guess would be boredom, indifference, or just fatigued with the constant negative grind. At least it was a 3 day weekend with Juneteenth to get the courage up to face Monday.
Too busy doing more with less.
Im sure by now everyone is doing 5 people's jobs.
