I said it way before 2020 that manufacturer reps will not be needed in the near future and will be replaced with AI

Yeah, this will work great until a customer makes a very expensive mistake by doing something with one of our products that the AI wrongly told them they could do, and 3M will be liable because we provided the instructions. It won't take long.
Anyone who doesn’t use Ai will be (and should be) replaced.
