As I read it, Q2 was strong. However, travel still restricted, rumblings about layoffs are still loud. What is going on?

Anyone else hearing rumblings of RTO five days a week? If true, 3M is returning to the Stone Age and this is BB attempt at getting more people to quit. What a joke.

I am based out of St. Paul location in BT business team and was just notified an hour ago. Been with the company for 30 years. They offered 1.5 weeks pay with 26 weeks cap. Any others got notified today?

I don't get it. Just telling someone to do their work is now seen as aggressive. If you're not constantly praising people, you're being too critical. It's gotten ridiculous.

But I'd rather know now if I'm going to be show the door than wait and stress for months. Just expecting layoffs all the time is making me miserable.
