Medtronic appears to have moved away from its mission since joining the WEF, as the core tenets of Medtronic’s mission do not seem aligned with those of the WEF.

@a4 people don’t come here because they’re on the career fast track and are super content with the direction they are headed.
They come here disgruntled and scared, and are met with other disgruntled and scared people. Being anonymous means you don’t know if you’re talking to a VP at OHQ or an assembler in Memphis.
This place is a toxic cesspool, monitor it near the end of the FY then forget it exists for 10 months.
The “mission” and “focus on the patient” is a psyop. Control mechanisms designed to get our compliance to do more with less. It’s the way if the world now - psyops that bend our values and our thinking so we not only change our behavior, we become warriors about doing things that only last week was in opposition to our principles.
It’s working as intended for the executives who are getting paid a ton of money plus a golden parachute.
