Gotta be a pump and dump
Generally its due to “misinformation” leaked by an insider to a stock analyst to boost the stock and the insiders bonus. Has been happening for many years. NCR is just not a big enough fish for the SEC to investigate. Surprising due NCR’s history of breaking the rules in Syria years ago. The SEC should be on them like “white on rice”.
