Who is on to explain the North Sea SALE includes 30% India resources?

Is the cost even that significantly different? Sounds like bp entering India with TSI only bid up salaries...
India TSI resources will definitely not determine whether North Sea will remain or not in portfolio. These are cheap resources and been with the company for less than 2 years.
These resources can be deployed elsewhere specially when the company is looking to reduce employees in High Cost Countries ( HCCs)
