trust me thats no growth at Netapp. 10-15 years ago, yes but not now. Funny thing is the top management try to motivate us.....by give us the FTO (Fuxk TO) and eliminate the PTO, asked us to do the Thrive Survey for no reason and they wont do anything, just for the show. I know Aug and Sept will be another round of lay off, don't do too much.
