we can't keep support associates or leads. they walk out.

Because they dont want to put up with the BS and get paid chicken feed.
And the new people they hire don't stay once they figure what is going on.
Almost everybody in our store hates their job and they are actively looking and interviewing for other jobs. We are hanging in day by day and wish we could just walk out.
our support team is 2 people!
